Being a member of PDK is a wonderful way to stay on the “cutting edge” of our profession. As I

reflect on the freshness, novelty, and power that constantly bombards our educational arenas, I am reminded that what is now considered educational tradition was once considered innovation. We have the opportunity to create a “new name and a new song” in our educational world that will impact the lives of children in our area.
